We learnt the hard way about what it takes to build a game. We didn’t like the way game economies were being built in a spreadsheet. We didn’t like that you couldn’t run simulations effectively. Too much guesswork. So we made the Economy Engine. We also wanted a better way to get player insights determined by how players actually behaved in-game. So we created Thunderstruck.
